Police dash cam:Recently released video obtained through the freedom of information act from the Medical Lake Police Dept.Driver alleges police officer tasered him for failing to produce drivers license....officer claims the suspect was resisting arrest.

To anybody paying attention- I personally know this cop. If you comply, he will NOT tase you. What the video can't relay (because of the lack of audio) is the punk kid saying, "YOUR'E NOT PUTTING HANDCUFFS ON ME! I'M NOT GOING TO JAIL!" AS HE RAISES HIS HANDS. If I did something that stupid, I would EXPECT to get tased. Looks to me like this boy's parents were sleeping instead of teaching their son about respect.
